Who We Are
Menara Adil was established in Kuala Lumpur by a small group of solicitors who noticed that families navigating inheritance matters often felt rushed, confused, or poorly informed. The firm was founded on a straightforward principle: that legal assistance, especially during periods of loss or family difficulty, should be delivered with patience, plain language, and genuine care.
Over the years, we have assisted hundreds of Malaysian families — from straightforward probate applications to complex contested estates — and we have carried the same unhurried, client-centred approach into every matter we handle.
Our office sits on Jalan Semarak in central Kuala Lumpur, well-placed for families in the Klang Valley and accessible by public transport. We also accommodate clients who prefer to meet by video call or handle correspondence remotely where the process allows.
OUR MISSION
What Drives Us
Compassion in Practice
We recognise that behind every estate matter is a family dealing with loss or transition. We keep that in mind at every step.
Clarity Over Complexity
Legal language can be opaque. We make it a point to explain every step in straightforward terms so clients can make informed decisions.
Fair Outcomes
Whether planning ahead or resolving a dispute, our aim is always an outcome that fairly reflects the wishes and interests of those involved.

HOW WE WORK
Our Standards and Commitments
Bar Council Membership
All our practising solicitors hold current certificates issued by the Malaysian Bar. We renew these annually and comply with ongoing CPD requirements.
Client Confidentiality
All information shared with us is held in strict confidence. We maintain secure document storage and controlled access to client files at all times.
Documented Engagement Terms
Before we begin any matter, we provide a written letter of engagement setting out the scope of work, fees, and process — so there are no surprises.
Regular Client Updates
We provide progress updates at agreed intervals and respond to queries within one working day. Families are never left to wonder what is happening with their matter.
Professional Indemnity Cover
We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by the Legal Profession Act, providing an additional layer of protection for our clients.
Thorough Due Diligence
We carry out appropriate checks on all matters before filing or proceeding, reducing the likelihood of rejection, delay, or avoidable complication.
ABOUT OUR EXPERTISE
Legal Assistance Rooted in Malaysian Succession Law
Inheritance and estate matters in Malaysia are governed by a framework that includes the Wills Act 1959, the Probate and Administration Act 1959, the Distribution Act 1958, and, where relevant, the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993. Navigating these layers requires practitioners who stay current with judicial developments and administrative changes at the relevant courts and registries.
At Menara Adil, we work regularly with the Kuala Lumpur High Court, the Amanah Raya Berhad where relevant, and the local land registry on matters involving real property. This day-to-day familiarity with the offices and processes involved in Malaysian estate administration helps us avoid the delays and misfiled documents that can significantly slow things down.
Families who come to us often do so after an initial experience with an unfamiliar process or following an unexpected disagreement with other beneficiaries. We take time to understand the full picture before advising on next steps — and we tailor our approach to the particular circumstances of each family, rather than following a one-size-fits-all process.
